Eat Yourself Brilliant

Eat Yourself Brilliant was founded over 15 years ago with the aim of sharing some of the interesting things I had learnt whilst studying medical nutrition, and found out during the research for my PhD. From these early foundations, writing about what I thought was interesting, my business has shifted and grown. I now support a wide range of individuals and teams who want to learn more about performance and nutrition. This can be helping young people plan their careers, working with athletes to enhance and support elite performance, or with companies to improve health and lower stress in the work place.

In 2015 my husband and I founded Cast Iron Coffee Roasters, with the aim to roast the type of coffee we liked to drink. Cast Iron is an artisan roaster with a roastery, tasting room and cafe situated on the edge of the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. Every coffee comes from traceable, sustainable farms and is individually profiled and roasted to get the best possible taste. We light roast to make the most of the composition of the natural coffee bean and its individual taste profile.
